Ian Gutierrez, O.D.

Meet Dr. Gutierrez

Ian Gutierrez, OD is a board certified Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.  He is a member of the Texas optometric association and American Optometric association.

Dr. Gutierrez attended the University of Houston college of optometry. During his training he completed rotations through Lackland Airforce base in San Antonio, TX and the Cherokee Nation Health services in Tahlequah, OK. He has a special interest in glaucoma, refractive surgery management, and specialty contact lenses.

Dr. Gutierrez places a strong emphasis on patient education and communication, ensuring that each patient fully understands their eye health and any recommended treatments or procedures.

In his spare time Dr. Gutierrez enjoys traveling and has recently taking up running. He is currently training for his first marathon!
