Patient Q & A: David Seekon

David Seekon recently had cataract surgery at our Arlington office and was compelled to share his story. Below is a Q&A about his experience.

Q: What originally led you to consider your procedure?

A: Since my first procedure in 2007 by Dr. Evangelista (in the old Matlock office) I have trusted my vision care to the Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers and referred others to your practice.

Q: What was most frustrating to you in your life regarding your vision prior to having your procedure?

A: Inability to see clearly over time, distance issues, night vision decay and overall dependence on glasses.

Q: What did you appreciate most about your experience with Kleiman|Evangelista Eye Center?

A: The personal attention and amazing follow-up today, Tran exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone from the front office to the support team is especially warm, caring and highly professional. I’m so pleased and confident with the results.

Q: What did you appreciate most about your Kleiman|Evangelista Eye Center surgeon?

A: Dr. Armacher’s knowledge, his highly professional demeanor, and the time he took to personalize this procedures. His thorough explanation of the options and outcomes and his warm and caring personality.

Q: How has your life changed for the better since having your procedure?

A: My vision is clear and the world around me is literally brighter, my overall vision has improved beyond my wildest expectation.

Q: Did you have that one moment or situation when you realized you had definitely made the right decision? Can you describe it?

A: After meeting with Dr. Amacher in person, I immediately knew that I had made the right decision after speaking with him on the initial consultation prior to the procedures.

Q: If you could say only one thing to convince people who are on the fence about getting vision correction surgery, what would that be?

A: I would tell them not to hesitate one more moment and do whatever it takes to improve their quality of life with corrective surgery.

Q: What is it that you love to do? How has your procedure helped you do that better?

A: I love to spend time with my family and friends, with my vision correction and surgery, the world is a much brighter and clear place. I have always been an optimistic person, but this procedure bolstered my self-confidence and corrected problems with clarity of vision beyond description.
