LASIK Eye Surgery
LASIK (laser-assisted in-situ keratomileusis) is a type of surgery used to treat stigmatism, nearsightedness, and farsightedness. It reshapes the cornea and changes its focusing power for clearer vision.
This surgery is safe, pain-free, and does not take long, generally, lasting about 15 minutes. After a successful surgery, you likely won’t need to use contact lenses or eyeglasses anymore. After LASIK surgery, you recover in the comfort of your home. We’ll also have you come in for so that we can check your healing progress.
A Team of Experts.
With decades of combined experiences, Kleiman Evangelista’s doctors provide industry-leading care using the latest, advanced technology and techniques.
If you have cataracts, sometimes your vision will still be normal, and you don’t need surgery at this point. Wearing glasses or contact lenses can be of great help. However, as the condition progresses, your vision will worsen and you may begin to experience blurred vision, making it hard to read or use a computer, and develop light sensitivity, especially at night. This can greatly interfere with your life, and you might require surgery to correct the problem.
At Kleiman Evangelista Eye Centers, we will ensure your vision is no longer blurry by performing cataract surgery using modern technology. This surgery is aimed at replacing the natural lens in your eye that has become clouded with an artificial lens. The procedure is safe, and the healing process doesn’t take long. Don’t let cataracts prevent you from seeing clearly, since we have a safe and long-lasting solution.
